Services Provided
​Mission Mechanical Services provides residential and commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services. We perform all work during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Service Availability & Limitations
All maintenance and service appointments are scheduled during regular business hours, subject to scheduling availability. Emergency services may be available at an additional cost. While we strive to accommodate all service requests promptly, service may be delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, parts availability, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, code violations, or inappropriate behavior.
Pricing & Payment
All service pricing will be clearly communicated prior to work being performed. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We do not offer ongoing memberships or require automatically recurring charges. We do not store or automatically charge customer credit cards without authorization.
Completion of Work
Mission Mechanical Services will make every reasonable effort to complete work on schedule, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, including delays caused by parts availability, supplier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Warranty & Limitations
We honor manufacturer warranties on equipment we install. Our workmanship is warranted for a period communicated at the time of service. However, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or failures not related to our work.
Limitations of Liability
Mission Mechanical Services is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to damage to personal property, loss of business, or loss of use of your HVAC system. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work or materials provided by us.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to equipment and safe working conditions. Delays caused by customer inaccessibility or unsafe environments may result in rescheduling, canceling the appointment, or additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Mission Mechanical Services and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
